GRASSROOTS GRANTS PROGRAM
Please note that the deadline has passed to submit applications for the 2025 Grassroots Grants Program (Phase VI). We will notify applicants by May 2025 of their selection.

ABOUT: In May of 2021, the golf industry collaborated to introduce a new Grassroots Grants Program (GGP) designed to expand access to golf for all communities.​​
​
Facilitated through the American Golf Industry Coalition (a division of the World Golf Foundation), the GGP has awarded 318 grants totaling $2.5 million to 183 unique organizations since May 2021.
​
PURPOSE & FUNDING PRIORITIES: This Grassroots Grant Program supports charitable organizations that are dedicated to making the sport more accessible and welcoming to all, inviting people from all backgrounds and abilities to engage with golf.
New in 2025: Please note, we do not provide grants to organizations: (a) for event sponsorships, (b) brick-and-mortar requests, or (c) that currently receive significant support from leading golf organizations. The Committee provides preference to organizations that have 2024 revenues of $250,000 or less. However, organizations may submit an application if your revenues exceed $250,000.

PHASE VI APPLICATIONS NOW CLOSED
